The Vee, Traveling Veg Canna Writer blog is back with 3 vegan recipes that can be infused with cannabis, or not. These make amazing and very nutritious “new years resolution” meals if that’s your thing. For those already living the plant life, we hope that these recipes add flare to your already established plant lifestyle.
And for those new to cannabis, and/or new to consuming edibles/ food, we recommend going low on the doses of cannabis- microdosing your cannabis edibles will be best. For example, where you see 5 tablespoons, we recommend just 2.
Divine Plant Foodz (Veggie Platter)

– Put dried chickpea/garbanzo beans in a blender with half cup of water!
– Blend dried chickpeas into a batter!
– Put Chickpea batter in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of cannabis infused oil into the batter, sea salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic, basil and (or) seasonings of your choice!
– Add Cooking oil to your skillet and take a spoonful of your chickpea batter and fry it!
– Fry all of your chickpea patties until it’s a golden brown color!
– Spring mix salad, with hummus and 1 tablespoon of cannabis oil to hummus, avocado with lime, sea salt, pepper and add diced tomatoes!
– Bring a pot of water to boil and add blended Quinoa!
-Saute some peppers, onions and tomatoes and add to Quinoa!
– Add some spicy mango habanero sauce to top off chickpea patties and you’re ready to eat!
Divine Plant Foodz (Jamaican Jerk Pasta)

– Bring a pot of water to boil, add pasta until it’s cooked!
– Saute Red potatoes and onions, add sea salt, Jamaican jerk seasoning!
– Add some water to your skillet to smooth out the red potatoes!
– Add 5 tablespoons of cannabis infused oil to your hummus!
– Add infused hummus to the Jamaican jerk dish!
– Spring mix salad with Mango salsa!
-Sesame Crackers for the finish and your meal is complete!
Divine Plant Foodz (Fried Zucchini Lettuce Wrap)
– Bring 3 pots of water to a boil, in one pot add black beans, second pot blended Quinoa, third pot Cabbage & Lentil beans!
– Put dried chickpea/garbanzo beans in a blender with half cup of water!
– Blend dried chickpeas into a batter!
– Put chickpea batter in a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of cannabis infused oil into the batter, sea salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic, basil and (or) seasonings of your choice!
– Add cooking oil to your skillet and take a slice of zucchini and dip it in your chickpea batter and fry it!
– Fry all of your zucchini chickpeas dipped in chickpeas until it’s a golden brown color!
– Add another 3 tablespoons of cannabis oil to a skillet and saute some sweet corn and onions with honey!
-Put corn in a blender and add your infusion of choice- cannabis oil, cannabis butter, decarbed cannabis flower, etc.- and now you have some infused sweet corn dipping sauce!
– Get some romaine lettuce and peel a piece off, add fried zucchini and add infused sweet corn on top of zucchini with some quinoa!
