Caribbean roots, with West Indian upbringing, Everol and Janine were familiar with the medicinal value of cannabis. They say: “cannabis was used for healing remedies and relaxation. Eliminating the stigma around cannabis in the US is one of our main drivers in opening this dispensary”.

Everol’s experience in account management includes: wines, clothing, and art; with his experience in real estate including: appraisals, marketing strategies, renovation, and construction.

Janine’s is a certified PMP with experience in: proposal development, compliance, training, management, and onboarding. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering.

When asked what they want to see as a result of the dispensary being opened and operating, outside of financial gain, they responded:

We realized that the only way we can make a difference in our community is through ownership. We will employ and allocate equity to those who have experienced challenges in life due to marijuana charges on their record. It’s our mission to educate, advocate, and heal our communities through cannabis, the true Allstars.
