I’ll start with- the products are great; and it’s important to mention that the products are also gluten free! FlyGrl- Pomegranate, Vegan, Gluten Free, CBD Gummies

• 25MG of full spectrum CBD per gummy

These gummies are absolutely delicious, and that 25MG per gummy is definitely felt. One gummy elevated my already existing THC high to a beautiful level, 2 of them sent me off until deep relaxation, 3 of them sent me off into dreams. 

I am a THC consumer and so, my tolerance is a little higher than someone that only consumes CBD. I don’t recommend consuming 3 in your first cycle of consumption because you want to get a feel for the different levels of need- like I did above. If you are new to cannabis in any way, I recommend starting with microdosed servings: start with half of one. 

For me, I felt them begin to work within 30 minutes. Because we are all different, edibles are said to take up to 2 hours to start feeling in the system. For those new to cannabis, I would start at half, and if no change is felt within an hour (but pay close attention because CBD won’t take you on a mind journey like THHC will), then consume the other half. 

A light warning, these gummies are delicious and you may want to eat more than one at a time, but these aren’t snack gummies. 25MG of CBD is moderate and so, I recommend breaking them up in 4’s for those wanting a light snack option. 

FlyGrl- Vegan Body Bar/ Hemp Soap

I usually stay away from soap during the winter season because I don’t need anything to contribute to the dryness the cold is already trying to lay on me. I found myself absolutely loving  this body bar though because it doesn’t contribute to dryness- it actually contributes to moisture. 

This is because the ingredient list is absolutely amazing: olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and hemp seed oil to name a few. It is fragrance free as for added fragrances, but it does carry a light scent of the mixture of oils added to the bar. 

It really does soothe and soften the skin and is equally friendly to my face. Sometimes, I have to travel light and therefore need an all in one- this body bar is perfect for that! Check out this link to see the first time I used the body bar. 

FlyGrl- Paraben Free, Vegan Hemp Body Lotion

A beautiful lotion that really nourishes and moisturizes the skin; I love it! You know those thin, runny lotions that the skin doesn’t really absorb? This isn’t that! This lotion is thick, and loved by the skin, well mine away- sucks it right up and really moisturizes my skin, leaving a soft glow. 

I especially appreciate the love on my skin during the winter season. The lotion is magical for dry skin. It carries the light scent of the other magic it’s infused with: coconut oil, aloe, and rose flower water to name a few. 

FlyGrl- Loose Leaf CBD Tea

The first thing about this tea is that it comes with a steeper! This is so convenient because as a nomad, I don’t always remember, and/or keep up with the tiny things. When I received my package, I was on assignment in MI, I didn’t have a steeper with me, and I was beyond happy to find one included. We need to see more of this!

The tea is delicious! It soothed me and continued to soothe me during what felt like the coldest 2 weeks in the Midwest winter season. That 65MG feels like it releases little by little, keeping mellow, in my mood. 

I only added a bit of agave/honey, no creamers. The flavor is very balanced with hints of: spearmint, peppermint, and hemp making this tea a beautiful blend of herbs that awaken, energize, and balance homeostasis. 

In Closing

I love the Grl & Co. mission, products, and experience. I recommend each of these products to all “grl’s” needing some CBD and flygrl vibes in their life.
